I work with both individuals and couples, offering sessions either online or in person to suit your needs. As an integrative counsellor, my approach is flexible and tailored specifically to you. I draw from psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive behavioural therapies, depending on the issues you bring and the goals you want to work towards.
My focus is on creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where we can explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll identify the changes you’d like to make and work at a pace that feels right for you. In our initial assessment session, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy and decide how we can best work together.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, with experience supporting individuals and couples through relationship challenges, trauma, addiction, and emotional distress.
As a couples therapist, I have helped partners reconnect, improve communication, and work through difficulties with compassion and understanding. My approach integrates mindfulness and self-compassion, encouraging emotional safety and mutual respect.
I have provided therapy within the NHS Talking Therapies service and supported people facing complex issues including domestic abuse, homelessness, and mental health challenges. Much of my work is grounded in trauma-informed care, helping clients find stability, resilience, and more fulfilling relationships.

An individual counselling session lasts for 50 minutes. For couples, a session lasts for 1 hour.
I can help you navigate recurring conflicts, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connections. I will provide space to understand the patterns that keep you stuck and to develop healthier ways of communicating. Whether you’re facing distance, infidelity, or life transitions, therapy supports you in creating a more secure and fulfilling relationship.
I will offer you a safe and confidential space to talk and I will be guided by the concerns that you bring to our session. I will listen without judgment and help you to process your emotions and feelings. You will be supported to find a way forward.
Sessions can be either online via Zoom or Teams, or in person.
