Couples Therapy – Reconnect, Communicate, and Grow Together

Understanding Your Relationship

Every couple faces moments when communication breaks down or connection feels distant. Sometimes arguments repeat without resolution, trust feels shaken, or life changes put new strain on your relationship.

Couples therapy offers a calm and confidential space to explore what’s happening between you, understand underlying patterns, and find new ways of relating.

Working with a therapist provides a neutral ground — a space where both of you can feel heard and supported, without blame or judgement.

Common Reasons Couples Come to Therapy

You might recognise yourselves in one or more of the following:

  • Repeated arguments or constant misunderstandings

  • Feeling emotionally disconnected or unheard

  • Struggling to rebuild trust after hurt or infidelity

  • Coping with major life transitions – such as a new baby, moving, illness, or career stress

  • Considering separation or unsure whether to stay together

  • Difficulties with intimacy or affection

Whatever you’re experiencing, therapy can help you begin to talk, listen and reconnect in new ways.

How I Work with Couples

As an integrative therapist, I draw from several therapeutic approaches – including person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, mindfulness, and self-compassion work.

This means our sessions are tailored to your unique relationship rather than a one-size-fits-all method.
Together, we might:

  • Explore what’s happening underneath conflict or distance

  • Understand how your individual histories shape current dynamics

  • Develop healthier ways to communicate and listen

  • Rebuild trust, safety and emotional closeness

  • Strengthen empathy and understanding between you

My aim is to help you both gain clarity and confidence — whether that means rebuilding your relationship or finding a healthy way forward.

What to Expect

Couples sessions are 60 minutes and take place weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs.
We’ll begin with an initial assessment to understand your situation and goals, followed by ongoing sessions focused on insight and change.

I offer both in-person sessions in Camden Town and online appointments for couples across the UK.

Session fee: £90 per 60-minute session

Getting Started

The first step is a brief conversation to see whether I’m the right fit for you and to answer any questions you may have.

If you’re ready to begin, or simply curious to learn how couples therapy might help, I’d love to hear from you.
