Exploring Yourself and Your Relationships

Our relationships shape who we are — how we feel, respond, and connect with others. When relationships feel challenging, or we notice the same patterns repeating, it can be helpful to take time to understand what’s happening on a deeper level.

Individual therapy offers a space just for you — to explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences, and to develop greater clarity about your needs and boundaries within relationships.

How I Work

As an integrative therapist, I adapt my approach to your needs, drawing from person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, mindfulness and self-compassion practices.
